The Caribou Coffee Company is one of the largest specialty coffee shops in the United States with well over 250 locations spread out across the country. There are roughly 6,000 employees that work for the company, and the company is still expanding into new marketplaces. Types of Jobs
The most common positions at Caribou Coffee include team members and shift supervisors. These are considered to be entry level positions, although it is far more common for employees to start out at the team member position. Starting pay for these roles starts out between minimum wage and $9 per hour. As you gain more experience with the company, pay tends to go up, especially if you are successful at your position. You can also add tips into that starting pay, if you live in a larger area, tips will tend to be a little bit higher.
There is also a need for store managers and assistant managers. Caribou Coffee was founded in 1992 and has expanded very quickly since then. Who Can Apply?
To apply at Caribou Coffee, you need to be at least 18 years old, both for fulltime and part-time positions. Potential employees are expected to be responsible and professional at all times.
