Tim Hortons is one of the largest and most popular coffee shops in North America, with over 4,000 branches in Canada and the United States. The company was founded in 1964 by professional hockey player Tim Horton, and has grown to something much larger. There are currently about 100,000 employees within the company. Types of Jobs

There are several different types of jobs within Tim Hortons, all of which require a unique set of skills. The typical starting role within the company is that of a team member. This is the most basic role within the company, and it is the individual that has the most direct role of interaction with the customer. This is the person that serves coffee and food. Next, is the designated trainer and the team supervisor.
