Arby’s is a fast food restaurant that doesn’t fit the same mold as the burger and fry chains do. The company was founded in 1964 and there are currently over 3,300 locations of the restaurant spread over the globe. With about 74,000 employees working for the company, this is a chain that has shown strong growth because it is so different from many other fast food chains out there. Before you submit your application to the company, make sure that you are familiar with the basic facts about the company so that you can have a good idea of whether or not this is the right spot for you.

Types of Jobs

Arby’s, like many other fast food restaurants, has many different job opportunities available. These include crew members, cashiers, shift managers, managers, and several others. Crew members tend to start out at minimum wage or just above. Pay does go up over time in this position, but other positions pay much more. Shift managers make about $9 per hour starting out, depending on your location. Pay will also increase over time in this position. Assistant managers and managers make salary, with assistant managers starting out at about $30,000 per year, and then moving up in pay based upon experience and results.

There are also corporate jobs within this company. The pay for these roles will vary based upon your position. There is a need for local district managers, and there is a need for professionals within the corporate office. The Arby’s headquarters is located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This will take you to a section of the site where you can look through all of the job opportunities listed, and any upcoming job fairs that an Arby’s representative will be present at. Take some time to search through all of the opportunities available to you and then begin the application. Be sure to set aside at least 30 minutes on the application, and then a bit more to double check all of your materials before you submit it. Give the hiring manager about a week to process and go over your application before you follow up on it.
