What are some of the hardest questions you’ve ever been asked at an interview? How do you prepare for them?

Every interview has its moment when the interviewer stops throwing easy to hit pitches and gives that really hard question. Things like “What salary do you think you should earn?,” “Why should I hire you?,” “Where do you see yourself in five years?,” and “What’s your biggest weakness?” are all geared toward seeing how you perform under pressure. There’s not necessarily a right answer for these questions, but interviewers do want to see your poise with a tough situation, so preparing intelligent answers ahead of time will help you. The best way to prepare for them is to think about them ahead of time, script out an answer, and practice it with a friend until it comes out the way you want it and in a confident manner.
