A McDonalds hiring manager will ask questions to get a feel for how responsible you are, how you will work with others, and how developed your customer service skills are. Answering questions in a way that show your maturity is a big plus. Specifically, if you have experience working with customers in the past, be sure to mention things that exemplify your ability to act professionally and respectfully, even in difficult or stressful situations. You should also be prepared to tell the interviewer why you want this job.
