Job Applicant QuestionsCategory: InterviewWhat should I say at a Starbucks Interview?
Kelby Peterson Staff asked 7 years ago

Starbucks has a reputation for having a lot of applicants, and I really want this job. I have an interview in a few days, and I’m wondering if there’s anything I can say or do that will help my chances of getting the job?

When you interview at Starbucks, the manager is looking for information on how you will act in busy or stressful work conditions. Giving answers that show that you can stay calm and focused will be to your benefit. Back this up with examples from past positions or even volunteer work or school. Your answers should give customer satisfaction a huge priority, and they should adhere to company values and food/drink quality.
