At a job interview, they asked me what benefits I expected from the company. What is a good answer to this?

Your company should offer things like health insurance, retirement accounts, and life insurance without questions. Paid sick and vacation time, employee stock purchase plans, and corporate discounts are nice to have, too. If your company has been profitable over the long term, you should also try to get a stock option, so that you can leverage your success with the company into extra cash in your pocket. Some companies also offer signing bonuses, and it’s always worth asking about as they may not be advertised.
