While filling out applications, I have seen a bunch of places that describe their job as “entry level.” What is this?

An entry level position is a job where little to no previous experience is needed prior to that job. The responsibilities are usually much less and require no supervisory skills. Basically, an entry level position is a “just starting out” at that company job. If you are new to the workforce, or looking at a career change, this is a good way to get your foot in the door and start gaining new skills and experience.
