I have a group interview coming up, and I have no idea how to prepare for something like that. Am I worrying about nothing?
Group interviews are a way for the company to introduce themselves to you, and for you to introduce yourself to the company. They are looking more at your basic qualifications, your personality, and your maturity at these events rather than deciding if you are the perfect candidate. The best way to prepare for a group interview is to have a grasp on the basic interview questions, show up on time and prepared, be dressed nicely, and ensure that you get along well with others in a group setting. There’s no need to stress out about a group interview as they are far more informal than a one-on-one interview will be.
