Gander Mountain does their best to compensate employees competitively and reward them for their hard work. Benefits like 401(k) retirement accounts, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, and merchandise discounts are also options. Full time employees must wait six months before having access to all of the benefits available. Part time employees gain access to these things after one year.
